These guys are Irish in origin. I read something like 3 different descriptions of these guys. I went with the idea that they pre dated the gods (kinda like the titans of greek mythology).
I kinda rushed thru at the end so the washes aren’t quite what I wanted but, hey, there you go.

Oh THAT’S what those guys are called? He was the mascot for summer reading in 2010, and I just referred to him as the weird sea-goat creature (the theme was water or something). He had a wale in a bottle, and looked very much like this guy. Looks awesome!
