I had a hard time deciding on what to do for this letter. I wanted to stay away from ent and elves. I did have a couple others before settling on this guy and I will most likely post them at a later date. I only want to post one per letter.

I went with engineer rats. North American in origin I believe. Lumberjacks believed that these engineer rats would come down after rockslides and collect rocks and put them back in their proper places. I mean, come on, a chance to draw a rat with goggles on?? I’m in!

P.S. I can’t help but think that the goggles are inspired by Eric Orchard. Heh heh…
